Ceramic Backing Tape
The weld backing tapes are flexible, self adhesive aluminum foil with non metallic ceramic backing which does not require any magnetic clamp or fixture to be fixed in position. These are suitable for preheat up to 100 ℃ to 150 ℃ are available in various shapes for different types of weld joints. Like metal backing bar, it does not contaminate with parent metal & also does not become part of it.
